Breakfast was good. The hotel was popular due to the ACC Tournament, so the coffee and creamer had to be replenished often. Also, when arriving, Gerald , the super-friendly parking attendant, was amazing. He directed us to the best place to park, and took the time to explain in detail.

Loved the breakfast!!! VERY clean room. Little things like dish soap, coffee, etc., were great, and kitchen and appliances were very clean. Loved my stay and I’ll be back! Also, the young folks who ran the valet service were WONDERFUL!

During check in we ran into a small problem but Mrs.Tasha took care of everything in a matter of seconds. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Tasha was welcoming, patient and answered all of our questions and concerns.

Very polite and helpful staff. Nice room with a view of the Uptown. Super convenient for walking to shops, restaurants and many rooftop bars. Rooftop bar in this Hotel. Food was good.

Front desk person was amazing. So helpful with parking situation and my son was arriving and we had 2 cars. She was very friendly. Shower was probably the best I've ever had.
